Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests must be made in writing to customer service within two days after placing the order.
There is no way to cancel an order once it has been shipped or is in customs in your country; your only options are to accept the package and send it back.
Order Acceptance & Payment
Products on the website may change in price or availability at any time without prior notice. When mistakes are found, they will be fixed. Despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the products displayed on our website may be priced inaccurately because our website has a vast number of products. If a product’s correct price is less than our quoted price, we will often verify prices as part of the order processing process and refund the difference when sending the item to you. Pricing
Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in US dollars are accepted for payments made online. You can still place your order even if the currency on your card is not USD. Our system will accept the order and subtract the corresponding currency’s equivalent amount.
