Return Procedures

Within 30 days of delivery, if you want to return something to VELMAURA go by the guidelines listed below.

  • Securely pack the item(s) in its original packing. The packing slip and all requested and complementary items must be returned undamaged. When returning shoes, the item must be intact, unused, and wrinkle-free. If the item(s) are received damaged, please get in touch with customer service.

  • When the courier returns the package, you’ll get a tracking number. To submit the product return form below, please use the tracking number for the returned package.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

General

  • we aim to guarantee a positive client experience for that reason, our return policy is established for 30 days after delivery. Almost everything can be returned or exchanged for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery.
  • Your exchange order will be processed and sent to you within the next 15 business days after we have received and examined your return (often within 72 hours of receipt). If a refund is given, it will be processed within 7 business days, and you will get an email confirming it. Depending on your payment type, refunds will be applied to the original payment method and handled in 10 to 45 days.

The following situations qualify the buyer for a refund or return as well

  • The customer received the wrong product, the product has certain flaws, the product was damaged during shipping, or the product has been tampered with.
  • If you receive a damaged goods, please get in touch with us within two working days.
  • Under no circumstances may personalized or other customized products be returned for a refund or exchange.

Additional Return Policy Terms & Conditions for Shoes

  • The returned item must be intact (no blemishes on the sole or upper), unworn, and in resalable condition.
  • Your return will be processed in 7 working days after we receive and examine the returned item.
  • Orders of standard sizes may be exchanged or returned for a full refund.
  • Orders that are made to order or otherwise personalized may only be returned for alterations.
  • If a return or refund does not match these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse it.
