Free Shipping

There are no minimum order requirements or specific limitations at VELMAURA, and free shipping is available on all orders placed throughout the globe. It doesn’t necessarily have to take a long time just because shipment is free. VELMAURA recognizes how crucial it is for you to receive your things fast, so we go above and beyond to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timelines

Orders of regular sizes are created to order and delivered in 10 business days. However, the shipping of your goods could take up to 20 business days. The best products, however, are available right now and are delivered the day after an order is placed.

We also work to cut down on the time it takes to fulfill special requests. We typically ship made-to-measure orders in 5-7 weeks and bespoke orders in 12–15 weeks after confirmation of information like dimensions.

World Wide Delivery

With the exception of Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and OFAC Sanctioned Countries, we accept and send orders to all nations.

Courier Service

All of our shipments are made using Express Deliveries like DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. in order to provide our customers with a top-notch courier service. To ensure the most effective delivery of the product to you, we have the right to select the courier of our choosing.

APO/PO Box Addresses

We don’t deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box locations out of concern for your safety and security.

Duty

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping is used for the delivery of all orders. The purchaser is liable for these fees. Before making a purchase, kindly inquire about these additional expenses with the customs agency in your nation.

Complimentary Items

Orders with more than 10 products do not automatically come with complimentary goods. Exceptions could be allowed in circumstances that our customer care agents deem appropriate.

Other Policies

A confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer via email once payment has been received.

After we dispatch an order and offer a tracking number, it is the customer’s responsibility to check up with the courier service. It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with the courier company if the order is put on hold by the courier service for any reason or if the service tries to deliver the order when the customer is not at home. Once you get the tracking number, we advise you to contact the courier again. We won’t be held liable if the courier provider damages the package after several failed delivery attempts at the specified address.

Unless otherwise requested, we may consolidate several orders that you have placed and are sending to the same address into a single shipment at our discretion in order to save time and money.

We are unable to reschedule the delivery to a new address once your product has been shipped. To take additional action or find a solution, the consumer must get in touch with the relevant courier service.
